Each observation goes to the right person, tagged to an observable behavior. Birthdays and family go to Personal life. Health details are filtered out.

Nothing goes on anyone's record until you approve it. Edit the wording, change the person or delete it. You set every rating.

Personal notes are never used in AI drafts
Birthdays, family and interests live in their own section and stay out of every draft.
Health details are filtered out
If a note mentions health, that part is dropped before anything is saved, and you see a short notice saying so. The checks are automated and can miss things.
You set every rating
AI never sets or changes a rating. AI drafts are marked as written by AI until you edit them.
